  1. SHIPPING

1.1 Shipping in Norway is free.

1.2 Prices for shipping outside of Norway depends on the weight and address the item(s) are shipped too.

1.3 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product(s) to reach you, may vary. We recommend that you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  1. RETURN POLICY AND EXCHANGES

2.1 Merchandise may be exchanged or returned within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase date or the date the product arrived when accompanied by the original sales receipt. All merchandise returned for exchange or refund must be in perfect sealed condition and unused. If used, refund may be refused!

2.2 When returning, the customer must make sure that the item (items) are returned with garment tags, including the packaging, instructions leaflets (with the warranty certificate), product certificates and the invoice. Where provided, garment accessories and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, etc should be included with your return.

2.3 You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused. You will have to bear the cost of returning of goods, and also the cost of refund is refused. Return and exchange shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You shall return to the address it was shipped from, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen (14) days. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

2.4 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

2.5 We recommend that you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

2.6 A refund may only be made in the same currency country as the original purchase.

3.1 Sale item(s) cannot be refunded. We only replace item(s) if it/they are defective or damaged.
